Kewda Hydrosol

Description

Kewda is a pandanus plant which is grows throughout the year and is distinguished with unique essence. Kewda is very common as for flavoring cuisine and some special food preparation. Hydrosol of Kewra is obtained from the leaves and flowers by steam distillation process. It is easily soluble in water and is colorless.
