Khus (Vetiver) Hydrosol

Description

Khus is an evergreen plant, which grows throughout the year, and is not too tall in size and length. The Khus grows like grass and it is enriched with medicinal and herbal properties. The hydrosol is obtained by steam distillation process from the leaves and flowers. It is soluble in water and insoluble in alcohol, so it is used in flavoring of food and cuisine.
