Description
The chili trees are small trees having a maximum height of 3ft. The plant bears leaves and fruits, in form of chilies. The green chilies are longer in size and dark green in color. It is widely used in recopies and curries as for its bitter taste. These chilies are crushed and formed in powder when dried, to extract the Oleoresin by a solvent extraction process.
